Healing and conflict circles are rooted in restorative justice and Indigenous practices, offering transformative approaches to learning and resolving conflicts. These circles create spaces where individuals and groups can address harm, find solutions, and cultivate a sense of belonging through shared dialogue.
Healing circles focus on emotional recovery, providing participants with the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment. They are particularly effective in processing trauma, fostering connection, and strengthening relationships within a community.

Conflict circles, on the other hand, are designed to address specific conflicts or issues. These circles encourage interaction and shared accountability among participants, creating an environment where conflicts can be explored and resolved collaboratively without assigning blame.

Both types of circles are built on the principles of active listening, mutual respect, and a commitment to improving the quality of relationships. Whether held in homes, workplaces, or community spaces, healing and conflict circles reclaim the power of dialogue and help us move beyond limiting perceptions of ourselves and others.
