We can practice another way of being.

Ways to Work Together
Therapy, education, consulting, and collective practice for people ready to move beyond survival and toward more honest, connected, liberated ways of living and relating.
My work explores what becomes possible when we stop treating healing as an individual project and begin tending to the relationships between our bodies, our people, our histories, our work, our pleasure, and the worlds we are creating together.

Therapy
For individuals and relationships wanting to understand patterns, deepen connection, navigate conflict, explore intimacy and sexuality, and build ways of relating that make room for the fullness of who they are.

Consulting
For therapists, healers, cooperatives, entrepreneurs, collectives, and organizations building healthier, more sustainable, values-aligned structures.

Workshops + Training
Interactive learning experiences connecting the personal, systemic, relational, and embodied.

Speaking
Speaking for conferences, organizations, universities, collectives, and professional communities.
We don't have to sacrifice ouR community, integrity or planet to achieve our dreams.
We inherit beliefs about work.
Rest.
Money.
Pleasure.
Conflict.
Care.
Power.
One another.
Some helped us survive.
Some brought us love and belonging.
Some kept us attached to extraction and harm.
Some we have already outgrown.
And some we need support to outgrow.
My work is interested in the space between those realities.
The place where we can name what happened, honor what kept us alive, grieve what it cost us, and begin practicing the world we want to live in.
A return to choice.
A return to relationship.
A return to ourselves and one another.
A return to the earth.
A return to our connection to spirit.
Hi, I’m Javonna.
I am a therapist, educator, consultant, facilitator, and perpetual student of how people find balance with their integrity, balance, joy and dreams.
My work lives at the intersections of relationships, sexuality, trauma, culture, neurodivergence, power, identity, work, and collective liberation.
I am interested in both:
-
The body AND the system.
-
Accountability AND compassion.
-
Autonomy AND relationship.
-
Anger AND tenderness.
-
Grief AND pleasure.
What happened to us and what we choose to create next.

We do not need another formula for becoming better at surviving.
There are already enough systems teaching us how to endure.
I am interested in what happens after survival.
What becomes possible when there is enough safety to feel?
Enough relationship to tell the truth?
Enough choice to say no?
Enough support to say yes?
Enough space to rest?
Enough imagination to build differently?
